1. Introduction
Welcome to okey101.app! We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website. Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the site.
2. Data Controller
The person responsible for data processing on this website (the "controller") is:
Muhammed Yücel
Oppenheimer Str.83, 55130 Mainz
E-Mail: okey.a101@outlook.com
3. Data We Collect
We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect on the Site includes:
Log and Usage Data
Log data is information that your browser automatically sends whenever you visit our site. This log data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.
Cookies and Web Beacons
We may use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, and other tracking technologies on the Site to help customize the Site and improve your experience. A 'cookie' is a string of information that assigns you a unique identifier that we store on your computer. Your browser then provides that unique identifier to use each time you submit a query to the Site.
4. Advertising & Google AdSense
We display advertisements on our website to finance the free usage of okey101.app. We use Google AdSense, a service provided by Google LLC, to deliver and personalize ads. Google AdSense uses cookies and similar technologies to:
- Display relevant advertisements based on your interests
- Measure ad performance and engagement
- Track conversions and user behavior across websites
- Prevent fraud and improve ad quality
Google, as a third-party vendor, uses the DoubleClick DART cookie to serve ads based on your visit to our site and other sites on the Internet. The DART cookie allows Google to show you personalized ads based on your browsing history.
Your Choices:
- You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings
- You can opt out of third-party vendor use of cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page
- You can manage your cookie preferences using our cookie consent banner
Google Analytics for Advertising:
We also use Google Analytics with advertising features enabled. This allows us to understand user demographics and interests to improve our service. Google Analytics may collect data about your browsing behavior across different websites.
For more information about how Google uses data, please visit Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites that use our services.
5. Google Analytics
With your consent, okey101.app uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It loads only after you allow "Analytics" in the cookie settings, and sets cookies (for example _ga) that help us understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, for how long, from which type of device and which country. Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw it at any time in the cookie settings, and the analytics cookies are then deleted. More information: https://policies.google.com/privacy
If you also allow "Marketing", Google Analytics may share one event with Google Ads: that a visit which came from one of our ads led to a new game (the kind of game and the number of players, never names, PINs or scores). We use it only to measure and improve our ads, not to personalise them. Without Marketing consent Google receives this signal for analytics only (Google Consent Mode).
6. Your Data Protection Rights (GDPR)
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. We aim to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data. Your rights include:
- The right to access, update or delete the information we have on you.
- The right of rectification.
- The right to object.
- The right of restriction.
- The right to data portability.
- The right to withdraw consent.
7. Security of Your Information
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
8. Optional Error Tracking (Sentry)
To diagnose crashes and unexpected failures, okey101.app can optionally forward technical error data to Sentry (Functional Software, Inc., operated via sentry.io). This is only active when the site operator has configured a Sentry endpoint; it can be disabled at any time. When enabled, only technical details are transmitted: stack traces, URL of the affected page, browser type, and a truncated IP address. No game data, player names, chat content, or login information is sent. To keep data within the EU where possible, the operator uses an EU-region Sentry endpoint and has signed Sentry's standard data processing agreement.
9. Café QR Kits
If you create a QR kit for a café on okey101.app, we store the café's name, the city if you enter one, the language and the code generated for it. This is business information, used to produce the kit and to count anonymously how often its QR codes are scanned. You can also leave an email address. It is stored only if you tick the consent box, and used only to tell you about new features for cafés (legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to okey.a101@outlook.com; the address is then deleted. The QR codes and printable pages are created entirely in your browser; nothing is uploaded.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the 'Last updated' date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
